  • The registration fee is $1500 for the two-day advanced workshop. The registration fee includes all the instruction, course material, CD-ROM with description and movies of all the blocks and catheter techniques, CME credit certificates, and meals and refreshments.
  • Transportation to and from Iowa City and the University of Iowa and accommodations in Iowa City are not included.
